probe z offset not working

I am trying to get my Probe working in Mach3, so I entered 2 tools into my tool table, tool 99 (my probe) at 6.5 height, and tool 30 at 4 height. My printer is an Anet A8 with Marlin firmware, I was having issues with the autoleveling sensor and reset the Z offset to 0 and let G29 get the mesh offsets and its working good now.. So Z offset doesn't work trough the Marlin code. When setting Z offset to 0 in Marlin, and then adding G92 Z0.5 in the GCODE, it lowers the model in the slicer, so 0.5mm of the part goes into the ground. In general, only probes that use the actual nozzle (like piezo sensors) will need a positive Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER. if its to high it would crash into the bed.
